Posted this on Facebook quite a while back.
But I had an invincible series of mad dreams that reminded me of this. Or pretty much I dreamt of this in my own context with my own characters.
Mad love.

Please check out the Daft Punk most recent shot in Dazed & Confused. MY GOSH! Applause everyone!
I wish I am a robot so I can be friends with them.
Anyway, WHAT’S SO INCREDIBLE ABOUT THESE! THEY’RE IN FUCKING 3D! Okay fine, 3D is the current fad, and it’s not even that crazy hightech but it is just so apt for the electro-pop duo. I can’t fucking wait for Tron. This shoot is disco-dope. LOVE IT!
No gimmicks. Nothing oddly fancy. Just funky-disco-good-shit. Can’t wait.

disaster happens when you try to make street commercial and for the masses.
I still love you GD! Love his cute get-ups in there. This would rock a lot more if it’s done more indie. They could, since Gmarket is a lil like flea and small finds great treasure shops virtually. But it all looked too Korean. And it’s funny how he’s wearing Jeremy Scott, Supreme, it’s not like you find such things on Gmarket right?
Anyway I’m just seizing the chance to whine and complain and just exhibit GD for all.

Amanda showed me this GD MV.
There’s a few things I’ll like to say.
Koreans are getting better good in the MV-making business.
GD is fucking sexy.
Okay on to things that went through my tired mind while giving this a second watch. Some on first watch. Him appearing in front of the graphics makes it cheap huh? I mean yes we all love his face and stuff, but it kinda did the graphics injustice? It was doing great the first 38seconds. And not so after and you probably will get what i mean from 0:48min onwards. Anyway I’m quite appalled by the number of outfits he changed throughout the 3:42min. I didn’t dig the collage of his early years that was quite randomly slotted. Anyway I’m been trying to figure out which MV did this A-yo reminded me of? Help, anybody?
Here and there, he reminds me of Towa Tei. No they don’t look alike, just a light vibe of similarity.
It gets too messy towards the back. I usually run out of energy as I do the final parts and final cleaning up of my videos. Is it a good strategy to do the final part half way through your project? I usually follow through, doing it quite systematically. But the final parts are usually based on instinct. So far the success rate is quite 50-50. And well, I haven’t done enough videos to conclude much. Any thoughts anyone?

Mario Testino for V. Love the crazy make up and crazy hair. Don’t dig the crazy colours that much but it stands out a lot more in b+w. I could almost touch the texture.
Would love to go out in those twiggy eye make up one day.
It feels like sunday morning right now, with my player player Karen Elson’s The Ghost Who Walks. Ah. Love the 60s inspired touch.

Was on some sort of FT Island spree this morning and came across this.
Was madly distracted by the projects at the back. Very pretty yes!? Pretty massive huh? They were pretty clear, perhaps touched up? Not good with video editing and stuff, nice people out there please enlighten me. Reminded me of the broken discoball during Digital Nights. I was so annoyed with the not-so-seamless alignment of the different projectors. This was pretty good. Makes me wanna own a projector. Always wanted to since Andropolis days. How much does one cost anyway? I’ll turn my room into a club. I would buy like 3. Hahaha. I may just buy one good one to play with. This is fun.

Current fad! Still super in love with GD! He makes me wanna dig out my Comme des Garcons shirt to wear tomorrow! I will if I’m bothered to iron. Wheeeee.
The one where the kids wore bell&ross. JEALOUS.
Spreading some Big Bang love.
Okay back to work.
Anyway Underscore No.2 is looking good!

Shinee boys for Lacoste. Oooh love the preppy dandy look. But this is more toned down, a lil sportier. Oh it’s lacoste after all. Don’t dig the windbreaker look. I like Key’s black white stripes big sweater. Quite a few casual sporty looks that I kinda dig.
This is behind the scenes for the editorial spread!
So tired these days, work work more work! Ooh, show you some new stuff I did recently. Soon, next post.
